Creative Paradise 2025 Application Guidelines

1. Applications are not processed on a first-come-first-served basis. Application must be complete before the application deadline.
2. Please complete the application form clearly, including social media, images/photos of the works, and Circle promotional images. All information must be detailed and accurate.
3. After the application is confirmed by the Organizer, individual emails will be sent to notify you of the payment methods (deposit into the Organizers' Bank of China account or using FPS). Please make the payment before the deadline.
4. The booth number and location for exhibitors will be notified later. The booth location is assigned by the Organizer, and applicants may not object to this assignment.
5. Each booth measures 1.5m x 1.5m and includes 1 table (1.5m(L) x 0.75m(H) x 0.5m(W)), 3 chairs (additional orders are not accepted), and 3 exhibitor badges, with the option to purchase 1 additional exhibitor badge (badges must undergo facial recognition processing before entering the hall). *No power supply is provided, except for existing lighting and air conditioning.
6. Exhibitors are not allowed to sell any beverages, food, helium balloons, items unrelated to ACGN (Anime, Comic, Game, Novel), commercially available products (including finished products from Taobao), various tickets, or any pirated items at Creative Paradise. Exhibitors are responsible for any copyright or legal issues related to the items they sell.
7. Exhibitor may display items classified under Class I and Class II as permitted by "The Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance". The Organizer and the Office for Film, Newspaper and Article Administration will review the exhibits and texts on-site to ensure compliance with the relevant ordinance. If an exhibitor is found to have intentionally or unintentionally violated the above ordinance, the Organizer has the right to terminate their exhibiting rights. Additionally, the Organizer has the right to prohibit exhibitors from displaying or selling any obscene or indecent texts related to violence or pornography. 8. Exhibitors must ensure that all exhibits or promotional materials do not infringe on any registered or unregistered trademarks, copyrights, designs, trade names, or patents of third parties in any form. In the event of a violation of this guarantee, exhibitors agree to indemnify the Organizer against all related compensation claims. The Organizer has the right to request that exhibitors withdraw any exhibits suspected of infringing intellectual property rights, and exhibitors must bear any legal consequences of such violations.
9. Under the circumstances outlined in rules (7) and (8), the Organizer has the right to cancel the exhibitor's participation rights, and the exhibitor shall not claim any compensation from the Organizer. This includes situations where the exhibited items contain unacceptable pornographic or violent content, where the displayed or sold items violate laws (such as infringement of intellectual property rights), or where Class II publications or Category III audiovisual products are sold without complying with the legal requirements of the Hong Kong SAR.
10. Each booth may accept a maximum of 3 items for consignment sale, and you must be the only booth selling these items at the event. You must ensure that the authors have not consigned the same items to any other booths at this event.
11. Overseas exhibitors, please note that for any reason, including pandemic measures, that result in being unable to attend the event, the Organizer will not refund any application fees. You are responsible for handling your own immigration and visa matters, as well as being aware of and assuming any related legal responsibilities.
12. Applications are reviewed by the Organizer, and the details of review are not disclosed. Inquiries and complaints about the results are not accepted, and applicants may not raise objections.
13. Exhibitors who have previously delayed the payment of application fees or submission of documents, repeatedly arrived late without valid reasons, abandoned their booths, misused work permits (such as bringing in non-booth members or reselling exhibitor badges), or acted rudely towards event staff may be blacklisted. The blacklist will not be disclosed or open to inquiries.
14. In case of any disputes, the Organizer reserve the right to make the final decision.

Booth Classification Table:

* Only booths categorized under "Cosplay" are permitted to sell portrait-related products and their derivatives, including but not limited to photobooks, posters, instant photos, and related items. If any of the above products are sold at other booth categories during the event, the vendor will be required to leave without any compensation upon discovery.

SME Funding Schemes :
Eligible applicants for this event can apply for the "SME Export Marketing Fund."
